Delivery
Delivery charges
- Free on orders of 3 items or more
- Free on orders over Rs 3,000
- Rs 300 on everything else
Whichever applies first is what you pay. The exact charge is always shown in your cart before you place the order.
Cash on delivery
All orders are cash on delivery. You pay the courier when your parcel arrives — nothing is taken upfront and no card details are collected anywhere on this site.
We call to confirm every order before dispatch. If we cannot reach you after a couple of attempts the order stays on hold rather than being sent out.
Timeframes
Orders are dispatched within one to two working days of being confirmed. Delivery typically takes a further two to four working days depending on your city.
We email you when your order is dispatched and again when it is delivered. For anything in between, WhatsApp us your order number.
Changes and cancellations
Anything before dispatch is straightforward. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will change the address, adjust the items, or cancel it.

Contact us before anything else. We have supplied salons for over fourteen years and almost everything is resolved with one message.
