What we collect

To deliver an order we need your name, mobile number and delivery address. Email is optional and only used to send your order confirmation and delivery updates.

We do not collect payment details. Every order is cash on delivery, so there is no card information on this site at any point.

Who it is shared with

Your name, address and phone number go to the courier delivering your parcel. That is the only third party who receives them.

We do not sell, rent or trade customer information to anyone.

Cookies

This site sets a small number of cookies, all of them functional:

• Your cart — product references and quantities, so it survives a refresh. No prices are stored in it.
• Discount code — the code only, if you apply one.
• Admin session — only ever set for TJs staff signing into the admin panel.

We do not run third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounting and to handle any later query about a delivery. If you would like your details removed, message us and we will do it.
