Refund & Returns Policy – TJS Professionals

Overview

At TJS Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are Not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The item should be in the same condition that you received it.

Non-returnable items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used beauty/cosmetic products
Skincare, makeup, or personal care items once unsealed
Gift cards
Items purchased on sale or promotion

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.

Late or missing refunds

First, check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. Processing times vary.

If you have done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@tjs.com.pk.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@tjs.com.pk.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to our office address (contact us for details).

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
For valuable orders, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
